A Buyer must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any information is given out on a particular business. We know most business owners do not want anyone but real buyers to know their business is for sale. The Buyer Profile is used to tell us a little bit about yourself so that we might serve you better. The Brokerage Disclosure to Buyer is a disclosure form required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. It defines the working relationship between the buyer and the transaction broker and must be returned with the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Buyer Profile.
